This actually saddens me. Pictured above is an off-duty police officer and former marine. His name is unreleased at this time because of the situation surrounding him.
This guy was watching a hockey game between New York and Philadelphia and happened to be a New York Rangers fan. Before anyone could react, three Philadelphia Flyers fans began punching and pummeling this guy and another man as they layed on the ground.
What a way to start of the new year. It stinks that competitive rivalries are now known to result in violence. I’m sure God dislikes when people act like this, especially over sports. While I love to compete, I always realize that at the end of the day, it’s just a game. It should never amount in violent acts against one another.
