TGIF was a phrase that was made popular a while ago and it stands for Thank God It’s Friday. TGIF is a declaration made by people who have reached the end of a work week. They’re happy because they get two days to do whatever they want. Christians are happy for a different reason.
When we say TGIF, we know that the Sabbath is right around the corner. We get a whole 24 hours to spend with Jesus. At times, the Sabbath may seem long and boring, but if you work at learning more about who Jesus is, the Sabbath is actually the best time in the world!
