C.J. Senter is marvel to the workout community. It may be really hard to believe, but C.J. really is only 10 years old. What’s crazier is that this whole fitness craze started when he was only 5! His football coach told his team to get some exercise over the weekend.
He didn’t take this lightly.
He did a couple of push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches, etc., and he loved it! Then he started making up his own exercises with names like “the shredder” and “burpee.” C.J. even has his own workout DVD! Check it out:
