It’s the start of a new season in the NBA, and the Lakers have a new chant before each game.
Before each game, the Los Angeles Lakers will chant, “I love basketball!” They do this in order to remind themselves that basketball is just a game and that they should have fun. It’s the love for basketball that keeps them going and gets them pumped for games.
It’s cool because for Christians, we do things for the love of Christ. Because of Christ’s love, we should treat everyone with respect. Because of Christ’s love, we should live every day as a witness for Him. And because of Christ’s love, we live every day with the hope of an even better tomorrow!
