My mom seems to think it's a problem that plagues the younger subset of the male species, universally.
Is that true?
No one who trusts in God will ever be disappointed.

They’ll start whining or fussing even more, then they’ll tell our parents…

I was completely shocked when my 2 year old brother told my mom to pack up his toys.
Mom: You have to pack up these things you were playing with.
Brother: No. I not packing them up.
Mom: What? Pick them up. I said you have to pick it up.
This repeats about 2 times
Brother: You pack them up
Me: *mindblown*
He eventually picked up his toys but… Wow.

How do I get my brothers to actually talk?
Usually, their default mode of communication is whining and groaning like they’re sick, sore ridden, homeless people.
Or, even worse, one of my brothers spells what he wants to say.
Me: Did you brush your teeth?
Him: *moving his head around* N.
*2 seconds later* O.

Or, Me: Where’s Joy
Him: *randomly spinning* O. U. T. H. S. I. D. E
Me: that’s not how ‘outside’ is spelt
Him: I knew that.
How much older than your brothers are you?
-7 years and -9 years
Oh lord

lol I don't know where my sister learned what she says half the time. nor do I know how my mom lets her get away with it.
example:
my sister was watching TV
mom: can you help me fold the clothes?
my sister: ask the Lord
