New England Patriots QB Tom Brady appealed his punishment because he believed he was innocent, and guess what? He won!
Whether or not Tom Brady is innocent or not is probably a topic that will debated for a very long time. However, Brady believed that he was innocent and took it to the courts to prove his innocence. Since the court didn’t find enough evidence to convict him, they lifted his punishment! Brady can now play all of the Patriots regular season games.
I think it’s cool that Brady believed in his innocence so much that he fought for his freedom, and he was proved innocent. Have you ever been accused of something you didn’t do? How did it make you feel? My mind drifts back to Joseph when Potiphar’s wife accused him of something. Joseph held onto his claim of innocence until he was eventually exalted to the second highest powerful man in the kingdom!
