Every good coach will tell you that the sum of the parts isn’t greater than the whole. What does that mean? It means that it takes a team to win, not just an individual. Have you ever heard that saying before? Well I have, and it helped me learn that you can’t win by yourself. A good team can beat any single player that is trying to be a one man show.
This year, the Los Angeles Lakers won their second championship in a row and are poised to make it three in a row. I found this video online of how they made their championship ring. It was interesting to me that, just like the team on the court, it takes a team to make this ring. Plus, I’ve never really seen a championship ring up close and I thought it was cool. Enjoy!
