Even if you wear a helmet, you should still be very cautious. The guy I told y'all about in the prayer request section had a helmet on when he fell.

My brother has one. Im too scared to try

A little over 2 years ago I was skateboarding and I fell off. I sprained by elbow, hit my head so hard I almost passed out, (yes, I was wearing my helmet.) and scraped my knee and elbow so bad that we had to cut my jeans off my leg because I couldn't get it around my cut. I still have really deep scars cause of that. I'm still trying to relearn skateboarding. Maybe someday I'll try ripsticking, but not yet.
