Having a wierd name doesn't make something bad for you. And most of them just have weird names. This is just fear of what you don't know.
Here are some example of those"unidentified ingredients":
Thiamin- vitamin B
Riboflavin- Vitamin B2
Dextrose- a simple sugar
Malic Acid- an acid naturally found in many fruits
Sodium Acetate- a salt
Monosodium Glutamate(MSG)- a salt, and has been considered safe by scientists for a long time.
Citric Acid- acid naturally found in citrus fruits
