TOPIC: Movie Theater

Movie Theater 1 year, 1 month ago #271

Soo.. my parents don't like to let my brothers and me go to the theaters. i mean there is nothing wrong the movies.. right? we watch the same movie that other people watch in the theater. i don't watch anything bad. but is something wrong with going to the movies, if you are seeing a good movie? thanks (:

Personally...the movies can range between great and stupid...
Even if not all movies are bad, try and attempt to do what your parents want. If you trust them with these small things, it'll help you in the long run

Also...sometimes movies can make someone loose sight of reality...and it can be scary

I think the problem with movie theaters is the environment. It's a place of worldly entertainment, like a club or stadium. You can choose what you watch, but you can't choose your audience. It's better to just stay home and rent a film. But even if I watch a movie at home or go to the theatre ...it all comes down to time... using time wisely.

In the movie theaters, have you ever noticed how dark they are? when I was little and went there I thought it was night time. It was the middle of the day! They make it dark to desensitize you(phew that a big word! )
